Prinzo Fine Catering had the honor and distinction to cater the private function that Ottawa’s Italian embassy staged for Italy’s Armed Forces Day, or know in Italian – Giorno delle Forze Armate. The day is celebrated on November 4 to remember the Italian victory in the First World War. On November 4, 1918, Austrian-Hungarian forces agreed to a cease fire, thus ending the war on Italian front.

Over 200 guests attended, including military representatives from around the world and Canada. The event was held at the Canada Aviation Museum.

We had the privilege of staging and servicing the evening gala of french entrepeneurs in Ontario for RDÉE Ontario. World Class chef Marc Mirron provided executive guidance over the kitchen, with Prinzo Fine Catering’s staff handling execution and service. The event was a great success, with an awards ceremony for various francophone entrepeneurs.
